Laminated Glass is a product that is formed by 2 or more pieces of glass that is then laminated together with PVB Interlayers.(Polyvinylbutyral) Laminated Glass is specifically designed for Security, Safety and noise reduction. Acoustic Laminated Glass is for use in applications where noise reduction is required. Specifications regarding the required Decibel(Db) ratings will determine the required Laminated Glass thickness and the amount of PVB interlayers and their thicknesses.
